30 Days of ME: Day 29

Welcome to my “Thirty Days of Me” blog series. Watch this space for the next day as I give you all a few details about little old me! Every day for the next month, I will cover an item on the list. Thank you for joining me on this journey and I hope I can become a small part of your life in one way or another. I found the challenge via Pinterest on this website called livingoffloveandcoffee and thought it would be a great idea for my followers and readers to know me better.

This series is a way for you, my followers, to get to know me a little better. You can also participate on your blog. Start your series with a link back here and post a link here in the comments once you publish. You can also use the hashtag #30DaysofMe on Social Media so I can see what you’re up to.

Here goes nothing, hope you like it. Today’s task was to post in the past month, what have I learned? I have learned that even though I like to say that I work better under pressure, it’s not as easy as I thought it would be to answer questions about yourself. I have learned that my circle is small for a reason because I have trust issues. I reminded myself that I am still in love with someone. I have learned that I really have to make some changes in my lifestyle because I do not want my children growing up the way I did thinking that I do have time for or love them. I have learned that marriage is not for everyone. Just because you love someone does not mean that you are supposed to be married or even together. I am a bag lady and need to lighten up on the things I carry in my bag. I love hood books. I just want to feel loved, accepted, and appreciated.

Don’t forget if you want to join in on the challenge to link back to me and post your Day 29 in my comments! I can’t wait to learn more about all of you.

Here goes nothing, hope you like it. Today’s task was to post something I crave a lot. It may seem funny but I crave affection and love. I have been rejected for so long by so many people that I was willing to accept any kind of treatment and interpreted it for love. I had so many people showing me fake love and the people that I wanted to love me never had any time for me. My parents were always at work and knowing how that made me feel, I can’t believe that I am now doing it to my children. I spend so much time at work that when I don’t go to work my children ask me why I am home. Anyway, staying on track, I was not getting the affection I felt I deserved at home that, I went looking for it in the streets. So long story short, I crave love and affection. And I thank God for blessing me with two beautiful children to give me that love unconditionally.

Here goes nothing, hope you like it. Today’s task was to post what makes me different from everyone else.

What makes me different from everyone else is the fact that I treat people as I want to be treated. Not because I want something in return but because I know what’s right. Besides you never know when it’s God testing you. I am extremely creative person. Depending on the item, sometimes I can watch a person do something once then do it myself. I love exploring new things in life. I am a people person. I am not tempered as others are. It takes me a long time and a lot of stupidity to get upset enough to want to walk away. And when I love someone, I love hard and long. Which has become quite a problem.

Here goes nothing, hope you like it. Today’s task was to post a picture of something that makes me happy. There are several things that makes me happy. I know I am supposed to post pictures but here is a list: my family, money, freedom, overtime (or shall I say the overtime book), food and alcohol. My family makes me happy because I know they genuinely love me unconditionally. Money because I get to spend it on my children and enjoy making the happy. Freedom to do what I want and move when I want. Overtime, to get extra money for my children’s needs and wants. Food and alcohol, when I get depressed, these are my run to items to suppress the depression.

This young man I know. I probably shouldn’t post this but it’s true. No matter how my day is going, this face always turns my smile upside down. I love him so much. He just does something to me that he will never know or even understand. And it has been that way for quite some time now. Maybe one day it will matter to him as much as it matters to me. Unfortunately I never got the chance to know his true feelings.

Here goes nothing, hope you like it. Today’s task was to post someone I see myself marrying/being with in the future.

Ok so since I am already married, I would have to say that someone I see myself being with in the future is my children. I don’t plan on getting married ever again. I don’t think marriage is for everyone. The next relationship I plan to put my self and energy into is the one I will build with my children. Besides, it’s long overdue anyway.
